On December 23rd, the new Girona Public Library came into operation, in which we have actively participated as Technical Assistance to Design and as Health and Safety Coordination and Construction .

With an area of 7,121 m2, the new public library of the city of Girona, Carles Rahola, has been built by the Ministry of Culture (Government of Spain) and will be managed by the Department of Culture of the Generalitat de Catalunya (Regional Government) . It became operational on December 23, 2014 and the opening ceremony is scheduled for Tuesday, January 13, 2015.
It is the largest public library in the northwest of the country, with an investment of 15.5 million euros and a planning and construction period that has lasted nine years.
