Quadrante Meta Engineering currently has a workforce of over 600 employees, which expands based on project needs. The average age of the team is 45, with an average of 20 years of experience.

The team consists of engineers and multidisciplinary technical staff capable of fully integrated development across all engineering project areas. This ensures comprehensive control and alignment with client needs.

En cumplimiento de la vigente normativa protectora de datos personales, y atendiendo de forma particular a lo dispuesto en los artículos 12 a 14 del RGPD y LOPDGDD, se le informa que los datos de carácter personal contenidos en su Curriculum, así como los generados o solicitados durante el proceso de selección, serán incorporados a un fichero del que es responsable del tratamiento META ENGINEERING S.A , con NIF A-08646226 y domicilio  en Bac de Roda nº64, edificio D, 2ª Planta, 08019, Barcelona.

Sus datos personales serán tratados por META ENGINEERING en el marco y con la finalidad de tramitar los correspondientes procesos de selección de personal, tanto de META ENGINEERING, como de las empresas que forman parte de su grupo empresarial (filiales, sucursales y participadas) a los que usted se ha presentado de forma voluntaria y libre, incluyendo la realización de cualquier tipo de prueba y/o entrevista presente y futura,  elaborar perfiles para los puestos ofertados y solicitar referencias laborales de personas o empresas para las que haya prestado servicios.

La base legítima del tratamiento es, con carácter principal, el consentimiento del interesado y, en su caso, la ejecución de posibles medidas precontractuales en el ámbito laboral por parte de META ENGINEERING. En todo caso, la falta de aportación de los datos personales requeridos podrá dar lugar a la imposibilidad de tramitar su solicitud o petición específica de participación y/o concurrencia en tales procesos selectivos y, por ende, la posibilidad de desechar y/o excluir por META ENGINEERING su petición o solicitud de participación en los mismos.

En atención a los fines descritos, sus datos personales podrán ser comunicados a las autoridades competentes en cada caso, incluyendo las de tipo laboral o judicial, en función de la normativa aplicable, según los casos.

Se le informa que también podrán ser comunicados a accionistas, empresas del grupo empresarial o terceras empresas relacionadas con el objeto social de la empresa, así como a clientes o potenciales clientes, incluso ubicados en países cuya legislación en materia de protección de datos no exige un nivel de protección adecuado según la AEPD.

En caso de no prestar su consentimiento para dichas comunicaciones, nos abstendremos de su realización, informándole que su candidatura deberá ser necesariamente desestimada en todos los procesos de selección en que sean necesarias estas comunicaciones.

Fuera de estos supuestos, sus datos personales no serán cedidos a ningún otro tercero, salvo obligación legal existente a estos efectos.

Los datos que se consideren como obligatorios serán identificados como tales en el momento en que se soliciten. En caso de negativa a suministrarlos, en la media en que afecten al normal desarrollo del proceso de selección, se procederá a descartar su candidatura.

Las medidas de seguridad técnicas y organizativas adoptadas por META ENGINEERING son las necesarias para garantizar la seguridad de sus datos personales, evitando su pérdida, alteración, tratamiento o acceso no autorizado, teniendo en cuenta el estado de la tecnología, la naturaleza de los datos y los riesgos a los que están expuestos.

En cumplimiento con la normativa actual en protección de datos, le informamos que, en caso de no ser seleccionado, los datos que nos ha facilitado, así como su currículo Vitae, serán conservados por un periodo de dos años a contar desde la fecha de recepción, para poder estimar su candidatura en futuros procesos de selección de las empresas del Grupo Empresarial, pudiendo renovar dicho periodo siempre que lo desee actualizando sus datos de carácter personal, a través del siguiente correo electrónico de contacto seleccion@metaengineering.com. Una vez transcurrido el plazo de dos años sus datos serán eliminados de las bases de datos de META ENGINEERING, o bien con anterioridad si ejercita el derecho de cancelación según se detalla en el párrafo siguiente. Del mismo modo, pasado dicho período o plazo temporal, nada le impide volver a remitirnos un nuevo CV a los fines y efectos descritos en esta misma cláusula, siendo informado nuevamente en el momento de la recepción del mismo conforme las políticas, protocolos y normativa aplicable para META ENGINEERING en ese momento.

Se pone en su conocimiento que podrá ejercitar sus derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación del tratamiento, portabilidad de datos y oposición, dirigiendo una comunicación por escrito dirigida a META ENGINEERING S.A. , Protección de Datos, a través del correo electrónico protecciondatos@metaengineering.com, o postal, Calle Bac de Roda nº 64, edificio D, 2ª planta de 08019 Barcelona, con la Ref. "Ejercicio Derechos" acompañando a su solicitud copia de su documento nacional de identidad o documento identificativo equivalente (pasaporte, N.I.E....). En caso de no considerar atendidos de forma debida sus derechos personales, podrá presentar una reclamación ante la autoridad de control competente que, en este caso, es la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

Se le informa asimismo que asume la obligación de que la información facilitada sea actualizada, exacta y veraz, que en caso de facilitar datos de terceros, éstos han sido recabados conforme a la legislación vigente y cuenta con el consentimiento del interesado, que procederá a actualizar los datos facilitados en caso de que sufran cambios, y que guardará secreto sobre la información confidencial o datos personales a los que tenga acceso como consecuencia del proceso de selección, obligación que persistirá una vez finalizado el proceso, haya sido o no seleccionado.

The security measures technical and organizational adopted by META ENGINEERING are those necessary to guarantee the safety of its personal data, avoiding its loss, alteration, unauthorized treatment or access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data and the risks to which they are exposed.

In compliance with current data protection regulations, we inform you that, if you are not selected, the data you have provided us, as well as your CV, will be  kept for a period of two years from the date of receipt, to be able to estimate your candidacy in future selection processes of the companies of the Business Group, being able to renew said period whenever you wish by updating your personal data, through the following contact email selection@metaengineering.com. Once the two-year period has elapsed, your data will be deleted from the META ENGINEERING databases, or beforehand if you exercise the right of cancellation as detailed in the following paragraph. described in this same clause, being informed again at the time of receipt in accordance with the policies, protocols and regulations applicable to META ENGINEERING at that time.

You are informed that you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing , data portability and opposition, directing a written communication addressed to META ENGINEERING S.A. , Data Protection, through email protecciondatos@metaengineering.com, or postcard, Calle Bac de Roda nº 64, building D, 2nd floor of 08019 Barcelona, with the Ref. "Exercise Rights" accompanying your request a copy of your national identity document or equivalent identification document (passport , N.I.E...). If you do not consider your personal rights to be duly attended to, you may file a claim with the competent control authority which, in this case, is the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

You are also informed that you assume the obligation that the information provided is updated, accurate and truthful, that in the case of providing data from third parties, these have been collected in accordance with current legislation and have the consent of the interested party, that they will proceed to update the data provided in the event that they undergo changes, and that they will keep confidential information or data confidential. personal data to which you have access as a result of the selection process, an obligation that will persist once the process is completed, whether or not you have been selected.
